Do I need to complete a race/city before moving to the next, or do I need to do the cities in order?
You can choose to do a race/city in its entirety before proceeding to the next, or apply mileage to each race/city a little bit at a time. Mix and match as you like, choose your own strategy.

How many miles are needed to complete a race/city and how many miles total can be recorded?
For runners, complete a 50k ultramarathon (31 miles) on a race/city to complete the minimum distance. Bikers and Run-Bikers will need to complete a metric century (62 miles).
A total of 124 miles can be entered on each race/city (Run, Bike, or Run-Bike)

How many miles do I need to earn the finisher's medal?
Runners must complete 50k (31 miles) and Bikers / Run-bikers must complete 100k (62 miles) on 3 races/cities to earn the medal.

How does the Relay Team work?

Each person shares in the completion of a race/city by entering their distance and time on their personal activity entry form. These are combined into a total for each race.

No, all activity is manually recorded (you type it) through your activity entry form on the website.

Where can I find my activity entry form?
Your personal activity entry form is found by using the My Entry button on the Home / Welcome page. You must be logged in to use it as we need to know who you are.

What kind of miles can be counted?
Miles can only be counted when that is the primary activity engaged in and it is measurable.
- use a premeasured course.
- use a device (ie Garmin) that will measure distance.
- walk/run/bike and afterwards use google maps, mapmyrun, or plot-a-route to get distance.
- treadmills and bike trainer programs are allowed if they provide distance.
- NOT ALLOWED - daily steps accumulated on a fitness app or golfing, etc. - not primary activity.
- NOT ALLOWED - converted miles, ie: estimating how far you would have run based on how much time was spent biking.
- NOT ALLOWED - scooters, e-bikes, skate boarding, rollerblading, horseback riding, hang gliding, surfing, etc.
- ALLOWED - crawling, skipping, strolling on a measured course. Unicycles, tricycles, big wheels on a measured course (if you dare).

Can multiple entries be made in one day (ie: I ran twice)
Yes and No. Only one entry per activity per day will be counted. So:
- If you plan to perform an activity multiple times per day, enter the total time and total distance for that day.
- If you already made an entry for that day, simply re-enter the same date, same race/city, and the total time and total distance. Your prior entry will be REPLACED.
The exception is run-bike division, who can enter time for both a run and a bike.

Can I split my daily run mileage to more than 1 race? (applies to bike and swim too)
No, your total daily mileage must all go to the same course / city. The exception is run-bike division, who can enter time for both a run and a bike.

I biked 40 miles today. Can the miles be split up to multiple races? (applies to run and run-bike divisions)
No. Your total daily bike mileage must all go to the same race / city. The exception is the run-bike division, who can enter time for both a run and a bike.

Can I correct an entry made in error?
Yes, just select the corresponding activity date, race/city, and activity with the correct information and it will be replaced. You are also able to re-assign mileage to a different city.

Can I use any miles for runs or rides done before January 15?
Sorry, no. Only runs or bike rides performed between January 15 and May 15 can be counted. The entry form will either not allow or display an error if dates other than those allowed are entered.

Can I still enter miles if I missed a day or I signed up after the race start?
Yes, you can always go back to a prior day and enter your mileage. Be sure to change the activity date on the entry form for each prior entry otherwise the entries will over-write the previous one.
